Certified by Ecocert, this rice demands a period of 35 minute cooking and has the particularity to remain firm after cooking.

Its taste is exceptionally delicacy. Consisting of whole grain, which has retained a brownish film comprising rice bran, it also includes the germ.
It has more nutritional value because rice bran is rich in elements sought in some dietary : fiber, vitamin B1 and B6, iron, magnesium, potassium. The germ provides fatty acids and proteins.
