Whole lemons are utilized in jam making. Pear, cut in bite-size pieces, is cooked at a low temperature. Verbena finely sliced is added. The double combination results in a harmonious blend in mouth, starting with pear, ending with verbena flavourings, which gives the jam a refreshing feeling.

Jams have been developed together with Dominique Gauthier, chef of Beau Rivage, Genève, elected « Chef of the Year 2009 ».

Packaging
Pear Jam with Verbena is wrapped in stackable glass jar inkwell shapped. Packaging is available in 220g glass jar. Jars are pasteurized, giving them a 3-year expiry date (DLC/BBD).
