The preparation of spicy Picholines Green Olives is composed of small pieces of chili pepper, extra virgin olive oil from Moulin du Calanquet, crushed pepper and cumin. The Picholine olive is very crunchy in the mouth and very firm.

Our olives are available in pasteurized 175g verrines, which gives them a use-by date (DLC) of 3 years.
After opening, put the jar in the refrigerator.
Directions for use
Spicy Picholine olives are pleasant as an aperitif and go perfectly with grilled meats.
