Black olives puree with pesto, anchovy free, has many uses : it pairs well with appetizer, toasts or put into dressings, gravy and omelets.

Keep refrigerated after opening.


Day to day tips :
- On a slice of bread, spread black olives puree, add fresh goat cheese. Bake 10 minutes till cheese melts. Accompany this sandwich with green salad or tomatoes.
- Buy pork « filet mignon » (tenderloin), drizzle with black olives puree. Roll in flaky pastry and bake 30 minutes.
