We worked with a beekeeper from Mas Blanc (Alpilles), a nearby village, proposing only natural products.
Honey made from acacia is light-coloured, liquid and translucent. With a subtil and very suave floral aroma, ideal for combining cottage cheese, yoghurts and pastries.
Medicinal virtues: produce a calming affect, fortifying, very good intestinal regulator. With a mild taste it can safely be given to young children.
