Nougat from Montelimar

Le Moulin du Calanquet has selected the nougats from Maison Arnaud Soubeyrand for their high quality both in terms of know-how and in the choice of raw materials such as lavender honey from Provence and almonds from Provence. The selection includes: soft white nougat, salted butter nougat, fig and walnut nougat, soft black nougat. The range is available in papillote or bar.
