We worked with a beekeeper from Mas Blanc (Alpilles), a nearby village, proposing only natural products.
Bramble flower honey is red-coloured, delicate and floral with a slighty blackberry taste on the finish.
Medicinal virtues: diuretic, invigorating, recommended in cases of angina, canker sores and hoarseness.
