Jams

The jams were conducted in collaboration with Dominique Gauthier, head of Beau-Rivage in Geneva, elected leader of the Swiss 2009 by GaultMillau guide.

They are made with seasonal fruit and, being little sweet, so we find the true taste of the fruit.

The range consists of traditional mixtures (Apricot Vanilla, Strawberry Mint) and more original recipes (Ginger Lemon Olive, Cherry Balsamic Vinegar).

The use of such jams is multiple: the accompanying savory, in the manufacture of desserts through simple sandwiches.
