Mill Vintage Olive Oil

Variety :

Grossane, Verdale, Aglandau, Salonenque and Picholine are all local varieties of Alpilles. The most numerous in our village are Salonenque, Aglandau and Grossane. Picholine is about 5% of the plantations in our area while Verdale of Bouches-du-Rhône was marginally stronger replanted after 1956 gel.

Oil :

Our assembly brings together five oil varieties is very complex aromatic level. Our assembly represents the "vintage" of the mill. She lets out different flavors at different stages of tasting.
