Variety:

This variety of French origin is well established in the Gard, the Bouches-du-Rhône and Var. Hardy variety capable of adapting to different environments but quite demanding as to certain farming practices. Picholine is mainly used for the preparation of green pickled olives table. Its oil is of excellent quality and extraction difficult.

Oil:

Oil Picholine is very intense and very fervent in the groove. It provides first hints of dried fruit and pepper very strong aftertaste.

- Bottle 25cl and 75cl metal

- 50cl glass bottle and 75 cl

- Plastic Bottle 3 liters and 5 liters

Use:
