Apricot picked at its optimum maturity in order to preserve all the flavors during processing. We buy Madagascan Vanilla Bourbon, we scratch it in order to extract seeds still in vanilla pods. This vanilla, one of the best in the world, is included along with apricots, it’s a magnificient mix. Small black spots topped in apricot jam, it’s a very beautiful visual.


Jams have been developed together with Dominique Gauthier, chef of Beau Rivage, Genève, elected « Chef of the Year 2009 ».

Packaging
Apricot Jam with Vanilla Bourbon is wrapped in stackable glass jar inkwell shapped. Packaging is available in 120g and 350g glass jar. Jars are pasteurized, giving them a 3-year expiry date (DLC/BBD).
