The whole lemon is utilized in jam making. Lemon is cooked at a low temperature and mashed. We add candied crushed olive with ginger. The triple combination results in a harmonious blend in mouth, whilst being visually distinctive, and provides to the jam an attractive appearance.
Jams have been developed together with Dominique Gauthier, chef of Beau Rivage, Genève, elected « Chef of the Year 2009 ».
Packaging
Lemon Jam Olive Ginger is wrapped in stackable glass jar inkwell shapped. Packaging is available in 220g and 350g glass jar. Jars are pasteurized, giving them a 3-year expiry date (DLC/BBD).

Lemon Jam Olive Ginger might well be associated with yoghurts, cheese, meat and other delicacies…
