Raspberry Lavender Jam 220g
Raspberry jam, a beloved treasure, captivates with its slightly sweet taste and the satisfying crunch of its seeds. Infused with the delicate aroma of organic culinary lavender, it offers a taste of Provence in every spoonful. Lavender blossoms, added at the final moments of cooking, lend their fragrant essence to this delightful preserve. Each of our jams is a result of a collaboration with renowned Chef Dominique Gauthier of Geneva's Beau Rivage Hotel, celebrated as Switzerland's Chef of the Year in 2009.
Usage:
This jam can be used for breakfast on toast or in pastry making, such as raspberry bavarois.
Packaging:
The raspberry lavender jam is packaged in beautiful stackable glass inkwell jars. The jars are pasteurized, giving them a shelf life of 3 years.
