Our olivade petals are made only with our green olivade made of olive green (variety Aglandau), pesto, no coloring and no preservatives nor texture agents.
We gave them a form of olive leaf. Our petals are crisp as potato chips. The green olivade petal is softer than black petal. The difference is solely due to the variety of olive used for its development.
Ingredients: green olives, capers, garlic, basil, olive oil, flour, egg white.
Product packaging: olivade petals are packed in trays of 35g, which represents from 40 to 50 petals per box. Kept under vacuum the use-by date (DLC) is 1 year.
Usage tips:
Very easy to use, the green olivade petals are used as an aperitif to accompany all types of beverages as well as in your cooking decoration, such as on mullet fillets, in salads or with fresh goat cheese...
After opening the box, it is advisable to keep in a dry place.
