For its preparation we select a specific tomato variety of our region by a local farmer. Sun-ripened tomatoes are picked at optimum maturity into the harvest season, exposing a brightly colour and a wonderful flavour. Combinig garlic, olive oil and Provencal herbs, does show all Provencal flavours.

tomato, onion, garlic, Provencal herbs, salt, laurel, pepper.
Best use :
Tomato supreme may be used in two ways.
- appetizer : toasts, verrines with tuna, artichoke cream, mozzarella,
- accompaniment : pasta, meat, over the bottom of the pie crust for pizza or with omelets.
Keep refrigerated after opening.
