Ingredients : black olives, garlic, basil, Calanquet mill’s olive oil, Provencal herbs, capers.


Best use
Black olives puree with pesto, anchovy free, has many uses : it pairs well with appetizer, toasts or put into dressings, gravy and omelets.

Day to day tips
- On a slice of bread, spread black olives puree, add fresh goat cheese. Bake 10 minutes till cheese melts. Accompany this sandwich with green salad or tomatoes.
