It is also frequently used in cooking in South-East Asia and in particular, Philippines, the country in which it is grown. Therein comes its other name « Philippines lime ».


Vinegar with Calamondin/Kalamansi pulp, is composed above 30% of fruit pulp. Optimum partner for Calanquet mill’s olive oil, it is perfect accompaniment to pasta or rice salads, with hot dishes such as tagines or cheese.
