Big taste vinegar with high fruit content, craft production, it twill turn dishes to great meals. A fleshy fig with a purple color, sun and sugar mouthful from southern France, gentle picked when they are fairly ripe.
Timut pepper reminds Sichuan pepper. In the nose it is completely different. Timut/Timur pepper (from Nepal) develops notes of citrus fruit, in particular, rose grapefruit. A genuine invitation to cook with fish.
Ingredients: fig pulp 42%, white vinegar 8° (41%), Timut pepper 0,75%, sugar, pectin, ascorbic acid (vitamin C).
Sealed glass bottle 10cl.
Storage: keep in a cool place, away from light, 24 months.
Best use with: carrots, pork, pine nut, Bayonne ham, game, green salad, honey, foie gras, raspberries, mascarpone, goat cheese, Roquefort cheese, nut virgin oil, almonds, vanilla, fish.
