Eggplants used in making of this product are carefully selected by a local farmer in Saint-Rémy de Provence, in order to ensure the best quality vegetables.
Ingredients :
eggplant, Calanquet mill’s olive oil, Espelette chilli, dried herbs, salt, pepper.
Best use :
Eggplant caviar can be used as appetizer toats or others culinary creations.
